San Fernando, CA (June 20, 2011) – Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), the global leader in healthcare identification solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a three-year single source contract for its healthcare medical labels from Novation, the healthcare industry's leading supply contracting company. PDC will continue as the sole-source provider of healthcare medical labels for NOVAPLUS, Novation’s private label brand of pharmacy and medical-surgical products.  Novation provides savings to members and affiliates of VHA Inc., the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), and Provista.  
The contract is effective August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2014. Precision Dynamics provides Novation clients with accurate, reliable, and easy-to-use positive identification solutions throughout every major hospital function, helping to prevent errors and improve clinical outcomes. Products on contract include Precision Dynamic’s stock medical labels, stock medical tapes, system (software compatible) labels, label/wristband combinations, custom labels, blood bank labels, color-coded & date labels, sterilization load, patient charge & tray track labels and ribbons, and supplies for label printing equipment.
