PDC Catalogs Go Recycled

With deforestation contributing to nearly 25-30% of global warming1, PDC recognizes our responsibility to minimize our environmental impact wherever we can. One of the steps we've chosen to take is to use recycled materials (25% post-consumer recycled content) for all of our catalogs. For our '08 Healthcare catalog alone, this results in the following estimated savings:

Wood Use: 2 tons = 13 trees
Total Energy: 9 million BTU's
Greenhouse Gases: 1,455 lbs of CO2
Wastewater: 4,770 gallons
Solid Waste: 789 lbs
Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP): 20%
Particulates: 3 lbs
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): 2 lbs

Look for our new catalogs today, and be sure to recycle or pass it along so it can be used again!
