Precision Dynamics Corporation Acquires MFR Europe and Establishes First European Headquarters

San Fernando, CA (November 16, 2004) – Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a global leader in automatic wristband identification, announces the acquisition of its European distributor MFR Europe and its division Visa Band Europe (Brussels, Belgium), now called PDC Europe.
The purchase of MFR signifies PDC’s growth as an international corporation and establishes its first-ever European headquarters. MFR represented PDC for over 12 years by managing a network of European and North African distributors marketing PDC healthcare and patron management ID products.

Mads Fiig , previous director of MFR, has been appointed Managing Director of PDC Europe. PDC’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Nicholas Curtin, will oversee Fiig and the operations of PDC Europe from the company’s Global Headquarters in San Fernando , CA .
