PDC Smart Band®
As the pioneer of automatic patient ID solutions,
PDC launched Smart Band® RFID Wristbands in
2000. Smart Band helps to improve system efficiency,
tracking, and communication, while preventing
data entry and collection errors. Plus, they can
be programmed and printed on demand by direct
thermal or thermal transfer printer/programmers.

Computer-generated Smart CompuBand can be simultaneously
printed with bar code information and programmed
with RFID information on demand using an RFID
printer/programmer at a frequency of 13.56 MHz.
Available in a choice of three RFID inlets and
three printer formats. Tamperproof and secure
lanyard snap closure provides maximum security.
