Terms

Payment terms are net 30. Credit application may be required for terms. Precision Dynamics accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and checks. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks. 

Freight F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid

Freight is free on ground transportation only within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii customers will pay UPS 3-day service for freight. Carrier’s fuel surcharges (if any) will be added to invoice.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is $100.00. Below minimum there is a $25.00 charge.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added where applicable.

Same Day Shipments

Rush fee of $100 will be assessed for orders shipped on the same day they are placed.

Lead Times

Most products ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom imprinted products can take longer.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-7 business days for transit depending upon your location. Next day and expedited shipping is available.

Shortages/ Errors

Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be directed to Precision Dynamics within ten (10) days.

Returned Goods

All returns for credit require written authorization from Precision Dynamics. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form contact Customer Care at 800.772.1122. Custom printed or serialized product is not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received by Precision Dynamics within 10 working days from date of issuance. Precision Dynamics will allow returns under the following conditions:

  1. When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
  2. When shipped in error by Precision Dynamics, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.

Imprints

All orders for custom imprinted products must be in writing and for no less than 2 boxes per imprint, per wristband style. No verbal orders accepted. All orders must be accompanied by a copy or actual sample of imprint. Allow 10 working days for production prior to shipment from factory. Artwork Copyright Infringement

Customer assumes sole responsibility for accuracy and use of artwork and indemnifies PDC in the event of any claims for copyright infringement. By signing/approving an artwork, customer certifies that they are legally authorized to use such logos, trade names, or trademarks.
