“Passport to Technology” contest is sponsored by Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), SmarteCarte, Ideal Software Systems Inc., Mexico.com, Salto Systems, Jackson Digital Imaging, Cyllenius, and cStar Technologies, Inc. (“The Sponsors”).

Eligibility
"Passport to Technology Contest" is open to registered attendees of the 2008 World Waterpark Association Conference, MGM Grand Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada (October 28 - 29, 2008). Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants. Winner does not need to be present to win.

Employees, officers, and directors, (and their immediate family members and members of the same households, whether related or not) of the sponsors responsible and their affiliated partners of this contest, are not eligible to participate. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation.

Any fraudulent information provided by participants will lead to immediate disqualification from the contest.

ONLY ONE ENTRY PER ATTENDEE. All entries will become the property of the Sponsors upon submission and will not be returned. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive seven (7) nights of lodging in Cancun, Mexico. Breakfast, Lunches, Dinner, beverages, transportation, taxes, and airport transfers not included. Winner will also receive round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and one guest from a major metropolitan airport (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) near winner’s residence to Cancun, Mexico. Valid until November 1, 2009, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply (including holidays). Must make arrangements 20 days prior to travel. Trip has no cash value and is non-transferable. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by Mexico.com and Salto Systems.

Notification
Winner does not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone by November 7, 2008. Winner will be solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state or local taxes on the prize and any other costs associated with claiming the prize. The Sponsors reserve the right to make the final decision on all finalists.

Participation
Participation in this contest and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Sponsors to use his/her name, state, age, likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, story, and/or any statements made by the winner for sales, advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Release
By entering, participants and winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and its partners employees, officers, and directors, from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, which may occur in connection with participation in this contest or any contest-related activity, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of a prize and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Sponsors are not responsible if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions, due to acts of God, acts of war, riots, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism. Participants who do not comply with these Contest Rules, or who attempt to interfere with this contest in any way, shall be disqualified.

Limitation of Liability
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, riots, or if any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, the Sponsors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest, as well as to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contest.

The Sponsors, its partners or any of its assigns assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers’ equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or fax to be received by the Sponsors on account of technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, any fax lines, US Mail/any postal carriers, or any combination thereof at or connected to the WWA Convention, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
