- Minimum order of 5 boxes (2,500 wristbands). You can order less than 5 boxes offline by calling Customer Care at 800.255.1865.
- There is a $60 plate charge for each logo/artwork (regularly $100. Save $40 by ordering online!)
- Serial numbering is optional.
- All imprints are printed in four-color process (CMYK) in the imprint area shown on the wristband example.
- LEAD TIME: After customer artwork is approved and returned to PDC, production time begins the next business day. Product is then scheduled to ship 10-12 business days after approval.
Ordering Instructions

- After you complete checkout, you will be directed to the Upload Artwork page.
- Customer Care will e-mail you an artwork proof for approval.
- Review, approve, and return the Artwork Approval Form to start production of your custom wristbands order.
