Precision Dynamics Expands Board of Directors

Precision Dynamics Corporation recently installed three new members to its Board of Directors. Drawn from varied backgrounds and extensively experienced, each new member is impressively credentialed and highly successful in fields that include both academia and business.

Robert F. Foster is Executive Director of the Center for Management in the Information Economy, and Adjunct Associate Professor in Operations and Technology Management at the Anderson School, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Gary E. Hutchinson is an entrepreneurial executive with 25 years experience in the healthcare technology field. He is one of the founders of Zymed, a developer of healthcare solutions which was sold to Agilent Technologies in 2000.

Jonathan G. Lasch, Ph.D., is currently Managing Director of Convergent Ventures, a venture capital company dealing in biomedical and digital technology investments.
