Precision Dynamics Corporation’s Intellectual Properties Division manages the company’s patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, contractual agreements, and employee and 3rd party nondisclosure agreements to protect its proprietary rights in products and manufacturing processes.
PDC actively protects these rights through a combination of constructive notice, infringement alert, licensing and cross-licensing activities. PDC has 150 patents worldwide, 100 trademarks registered globally, and over 150 patent applications pending in the U.S. and internationally. The duration of these patents ranges from 14 to 20 years.
