RFID Wristbands Assist Public Assembly Facilities to Enforce Drinking Age While Cashless Point-of-Sale Solutions Streamline Operations

San Fernando, CA (July 18, 2006) – Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a leader in automatic wristband identification, will showcase its AgeBand^® Age/ID Verification System with new AgeBand+ Wristbands, Smart SuperBand^® Wristbands for Cashless RFID (radio frequency identification) point-of-sale (POS), and Visa Band^® Wristbands at the IAAM (International Association of Assembly Managers) Conference and Trade Show August 4–8 in San Antonio, Texas.

Public assembly facilities including arenas, convention centers, stadiums, and university complexes use AgeBand to help enforce the minimum drinking age and to enhance overall patron admissions and positive identification.

The AgeBand System scans and verifies a patron's ID and instantly prints a wristband with pertinent patron information, including "Age ID Verified 21."The system detects fraudulent ID such as fake driver’s licenses. The system:

• Provides defensible action against underage drinking
• Reduces instances of human errors that occur when manually checking IDs
• Provides non-transferable positive patron identification, access control, and security
• Speeds up bar lines for increased spending and quicker service
• Increases revenue from ad/sponsorship on wristbands and system console

PDC will show a sneak-peek of the soon-to-be-released AgeBand+ Wristbands which are waste-free and easy to peel off. The wristband’s tamper-evident adhesive closure provides maximum security while age and ID information is printed on-demand using the AgeBand System.

As part of PDC’s patented Smart Band^® family of products, Smart SuperBand RFID Wristbands are a perfect addition to any cashless POS solution. Smart SuperBand for cashless payment:

• Operates like an electronic wallet and eliminates the need for tickets or badges
