Precision Dynamics and SkyeTek Establish RFID Product Development and Sales Partnership

San Fernando, CA (May 13, 2004) - Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a global leader in automatic wristband identification, and SkyeTek, developer and manufacturer of radio frequency identification (RFID) read/write modules, announce a joint partnership to develop and sell new RFID products for healthcare point-of-care to be released later this year. The partnership also allows PDC and SkyeTek to market and sell current products, including SkyeTek's SkyeRead™ RFID reader technology and PDC Smart Band^® RFID Wristband solutions.
