Payment in advance. Precision Dynamics accepts bank transfer, Mastercard and Visa.

Value added tax

Value added tax is added where applicable

Same Day Shipments

Rush fee of 100€ will be assessed for orders shipped on the same day they are placed.

Lead Times

"Quick Ship" wristbands leave our factory within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders for 30+ boxes of wristbands may require longer turnaround. Custom printed and non-Quick Ship products are usually shipped in 3-7 business days after approval of artwork and receipt of payment.

Please allow 1-7 business days for transit depending upon your location

Shortages / Errors / Complaints

Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be directed to Precision Dynamics within 48 hours

Returned Goods

All returns for credit require written authorization from Precision Dynamics. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) contact Customer Care. Custom printed or serialized product is not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received by Precision Dynamics within 10 working days from date of issuance. Precision Dynamics will allow returns under the following conditions:

When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
When shipped in error by Precision Dynamics, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.
