Mosher to Speak on the Evolution of Auto ID in Healthcare at the ID World International Congress

San Fernando, CA (October 26, 2006) – Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a global leader in automatic wristband identification, announces its participation at the 2006 ID WORLD International Congress in Milan, Italy, November 28–30.

PDC co-founder, Dr. Walter W. Mosher Jr., PhD, has been named as one of twenty-five finalists for the prestigious ID People Awards. The award recognizes the important contributions made by the thought leaders, innovators and pioneering adopters that drive the development of Auto ID technology. The winners will be announced at ID WORLD during a ceremony on November 28.

More than 150 internationally renowned experts and key players in the Auto ID industry will present during the conference. Mosher will speak on the evolution and future of Auto ID technology in the healthcare industry. He has more than 50 years of experience in the development of Auto ID technology including many product innovations such as the patient bar code wristband and patented Smart Band^® RFID (radio frequency identification) Wristbands for positive patient and patron identification.
